Keeping Crowds Safe at Scale
PSG UK Security has extensive experience delivering stadium security and stewarding services at some of the UK's most high-profile venues. From SPFL football matches to sold-out arena concerts, our teams are trained to manage large crowds with professionalism and calm authority. All stadium operatives hold current SIA licences where required, are BS 7858 screened, and have completed ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) training — the nationally recognised programme that prepares security personnel to identify and respond to terrorist threats in crowded places.
Our stewards hold NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety — the industry-standard qualification for managing crowds safely at live events and sports fixtures. Our operations are conducted in accordance with the Guide to Safety at Sports Grounds (the Green Guide), which sets the national standard for spectator safety at football grounds and sports venues, and the Purple Guide to Health, Safety and Welfare at Music and Other Events, which governs the safe management of festivals, concerts, and large-scale public events. PSG UK maintains a strong awareness of Martyn's Law (the Terrorism (Protection of Premises) Act) and its implications for stadium and venue operators, ensuring our teams are briefed on protective security and preparedness measures. We work closely with venue management, police, and event organisers to deliver a seamless, safe experience for every attendee — from the moment gates open to the final crowd dispersal.

All stewards hold NVQ Level 2 in Spectator Safety — the industry-standard qualification for managing crowds safely at live events, sports fixtures, and large-scale public gatherings.
ACT Terrorism Awareness
Every operative completes ACT (Action Counters Terrorism) training, equipping them to recognise suspicious behaviour and respond effectively to terrorist threats in crowded venues.
Martyn's Law Awareness
Our stadium teams maintain a strong awareness of Martyn's Law and its implications for venue operators — ensuring our operatives are briefed on protective security, emergency procedures, and staff preparedness to help keep your premises safe.
Crowd Management & Flow
Trained stewards managing ingress, egress, and crowd flow to prevent congestion, manage queues, and ensure safe movement throughout the venue at all times.
Pitch-Side & Perimeter Security

All PSG UK stadium operatives are SIA licensed, BS 7858 vetted, ACT trained, NVQ Level 2 Spectator Safety qualified, and maintain a full awareness of Martyn's Law. We hold ISO 9001 Quality Management certification and COP 119 Audited Labour Provision Certification.
